Encompass Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality inpatient care in a nationally recognized rehabilitation setting. You will work within well-equipped therapy gyms, using advanced technology to support patients’ rehabilitation journeys and to promote compassionate, individualized care from day one.

The role emphasizes direct patient interaction, care plan development, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to drive meaningful recovery milestones.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsabilités

• Providing direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy.
• Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by taking the time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery.

Formation

Master's Degree preferred
