Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. You will provide hands-on therapy, develop personalized care plans, and actively monitor progress to help patients regain independence.

You’ll work in our well-equipped PT gyms at Encompass Health, supported by the latest technology and a collaborative team. A passion for patient-centered care and strong communication are essential as you guide recovery and celebrate progress.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated patient-centered care and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess, plan, implement, and adjust therapy.
• Excellent teamwork with multidisciplinary rehab staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient physical therapy to patients.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead assessments, create personalized care plans.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients to support recovery and independence.
• Celebrate patient progress and victories along the rehabilitation journey.
