Job summary

UofL Health in Shepherdsville, KY seeks an inpatient Physical Therapist II to evaluate and treat patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and discharge planning. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support goals and department objectives.

Requirements include KY license or eligibility, AHA BLS certification, and a Bachelor’s degree. Preferred is a Master’s or Doctor of Physical Therapy and experience in inpatient care.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
• BLS certification by the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats patients with PT interventions per department guidelines.
• Develops and implements treatment plans; conducts regular re-assessments as needed.
• Oversees rehab technicians and students in line with practice acts and policies.
