UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL is seeking a Physical Therapist (Inpatient) Level 1- Registry (Finance) to provide patient care on our inpatient unit, with per diem schedule and weekend preference. The role offers per diem schedule 6:00am-6:00pm weekends preferred; you may receive evening, night, and weekend shift differential, overtime, and on-call pay.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (or foreign equivalent).
