The role supports a regional health system with advanced outpatient resources, a 160-bed trauma center, and a focus on multidisciplinary care across age groups.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required.
• Must be able to travel to multiple points of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective Physical Therapy services through evaluation, treatment, and education to meet patient goals.
