Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts RN license is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Experience in inpatient psychiatry is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and monitor effectiveness.
• Ensure patient safety and implement treatment plans with the team.
• Collaborate with physicians, NPs, and other staff to maintain a therapeutic environment.
