Palm Health in Texas operates a 61-bed inpatient behavioral health hospital and seeks a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Adult Psychiatrist to join its growing program. The role spans acute care and rehabilitation with an option to establish an outpatient clinic.

The team recently launched a hybrid long-term forensic unit for non-violent offenders. Compensation includes MGMA median or better, a $15K relocation allowance, student loan assistance, and a $5K CME allowance.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Adult Psychiatry.
• Eligible for medical licensure.
• Interest in forensic psychiatry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care for adults in an inpatient behavioral health setting.
• Participate in acute care and rehabilitation processes for the patient population.
• Support development of an outpatient clinic option when feasible.
