Job summary

Health Here is seeking an Adult Psychiatrist to lead our inpatient psychiatry service as an Assistant Medical Director. You will deliver comprehensive care to adults with complex needs and guide a multidisciplinary team.

You will supervise residents, teach medical students, and contribute to program development. This role combines clinical leadership with hands-on patient care in an academic setting.

Qualifications

• Board-eligible or board-certified in Adult Psychiatry.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage complex inpatient cases.
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills.
• Experience teaching and supervising residents and/or medical students.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality inpatient psychiatric care for adult patients with complex needs.
• Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary inpatient team.
• Provide supervision and clinical oversight for residents.
• Teach and mentor medical students.
• Support program development as Assistant Medical Director.
