Integrated Psychiatric Consultants (IPC) is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join a 99-bed inpatient behavioral health program in Wisconsin. Choose a 7-on/7-off or 5-on/5-off rotation, offering extended time off each month while practicing in a psychiatrist-led, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include inpatient care, multidisciplinary planning, and working with experienced clinical and administrative teams.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist.
• MD or DO degree required.
• Active Wisconsin medical license or eligibility to obtain.
• Inpatient psychiatry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient psychiatric care in a 99-bed program.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning with clinicians and staff.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize patient care.
• Share overnight call with multidisciplinary support.
