Inova Health System is seeking an Inpatient Psychiatrist to join the Inova Behavioral Health team in Northern Virginia. The role involves providing inpatient psychiatric care within a comprehensive continuum that includes IPAC, detox, PHP, IOP, and outpatient services.

The position emphasizes trauma informed, patient- and family-centered care with a multidisciplinary team and opportunities across facilities and shifts, including part-time and PRN options.

Qualifications

• MD degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board eligible or board certified in psychiatry.
• Successful completion of a psychiatry residency program.
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in Virginia.
• Ability to complete payer credentialing and CMS enrollment.
• Credentialing for Medical Staff membership and privileges.
