Vail Health is seeking an Inpatient Psychiatrist at Precourt Healing Center in Edwards, CO to provide inpatient psychiatric care within a multidisciplinary team. The role offers a 7 on / 7 off staffing model with on-call duties limited to 2 of 7 days.

Compensation ranges from $218,000 to $350,000 annually, with a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and housing available. Eligible for Colorado Health Service Corps loan repayment; comprehensive physician benefits include health, retirement, CME

• MD or DO board certified or board eligible in Psychiatry.

Collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to patient care

The Role

As an Inpatient Psychiatrist, you’ll work alongside 3 other psychiatric providers to provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and medication management to patients requiring inpatient behavioral health care. You’ll partner closely with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans and help patients successfully transition to the appropriate next level of care. On‑call is only for 2 of the 7 days on shift.
