Baptist Health's Baptist Behavioral Health in Jacksonville, FL, seeks a Board Certified/Board Eligible Psychiatrist to join the inpatient psychiatry team on a 34-bed unit. The position offers a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule and a physician-friendly work environment with strong leadership and support.

There are teaching opportunities with Mayo Clinic medical students and UF residents, within a comprehensive, not-for-profit health system known for clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry.
• Eligible for unrestricted Florida medical license.
• Inpatient psychiatry experience encouraged; teaching/collaboration valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient psychiatric care for adults on a 34-bed unit.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
• Participate in education and training of medical students and residents.
