California Correctional Health Care Services seeks a Clinical Social Worker (Health/CF) at Salinas Valley State Prison in Soledad, Monterey County. Under the supervision of the Senior Psychologist, this role conducts assessments, develops, monitors, and modifies treatment plans with the interdisciplinary team to support safe and humane custody.

This limited-term position includes pay adjustments under PLP 2025, potential recruitment/retention bonuses, and a possible 15% differential for certain

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and summarize case information for diagnosis and treatment.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans with the interdisciplinary treatment team.
• Provide group therapy and collateral conferences; document patient progress.
• Coordinate placement with community resources and the Classification and Parole Representative.
