BJC HealthCare seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) Inpatient Assistant Manager, Psychiatric in Valley Park, MO. The role leads nursing staff on the Psychiatric inpatient unit in coordination with leadership, ensuring safe, patient-centered care.

BSN with 2+ years of RN experience in inpatient behavioral health is required. Evening shifts with 5- to 8-hour blocks or 4- to 10-hour shifts plus a management call every 5th week, and a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 are included, with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (RN) required.
• BSN with 2+ years RN experience preferred in inpatient behavioral health.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care and supervise nursing staff.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; manage scheduling and payroll.
• Ensure safety and quality care according to policies; manage unit operations.
