Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or ADN in Nursing required.
• Active RN license in New York State.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provides high‑quality, patient‑centered clinical care.
• Performs initial and ongoing patient assessment with relevant data.
• Communicates assessment findings with the interdisciplinary team.
• Develops and documents an individualized plan of care.
• Complies with safety, medication administration and documentation policies.
• Updates the plan of care based on evaluations and new data.
• Completes at least one CRU form using a recent US study.
