McLean Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse to provide immediate and long-term nursing care in a patient-centered environment. You will assess needs, plan and implement care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery goals.

Responsibilities include documenting care, administering medications, and communicating patient status at rounds and handoffs. Epic training is required within 30 days of hire. The role is onsite at 115 Mill Street with a 40-hour work week.

Qualifikationen

• Registered Nurse with an active state license (RN).
• Education: Certificate/Diploma in Nursing or Bachelor’s in Nursing preferred.
• Epic training required within 30 days of hire.

• Assess patient needs using the nursing process.
• Document plans and interventions in the medical record.
• Lead and participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning.
• Administer medications with proper scanning and verification of orders.
• Communicate patient status during rounds and shift changes.
