Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide inpatient behavioral health coverage in a three-unit, 36-bed facility in Iowa. The role requires board certification and PMHNP credentials, with day and night call coverage and an expected 20–22 shifts per month on-site.

The NP will see admissions and about two consults per day, supported by one APP and a psychiatrist. Evening/night shifts require 1:4 call coverage to maintain 24/7 care.

Qualifications

• Board certification in psychiatry required.

• Ability to handle day and night call.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient behavioral health coverage across three units.
