Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology or related behavioral health discipline.
• 1-2 years' experience in the delivery of services to a psychiatric population.
• BLS (Basic Life Support).
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes documentation relevant to activities. Complies with and ensures adherence to documentation standards.
• Participates as member of the treatment team to develop and implement multidisciplinary treatment plans and plans of care.
• Participates in the management of aggressive patients to ensure safety and intervenes as needed.
• Provides individual and family interventions and supports ED staff for behavioral health issues.
