Northern Light Acadia Hospital in Bangor, ME seeks an Inpatient Psychiatric Clinician I (LMSW-CC or LCPC-C) to provide specialized evidence-based therapy for adults and/or youth with mental health and co-occurring disorders. You will conduct assessments, develop recovery-oriented plans, and deliver psychotherapy across modalities.

The position involves collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, crisis management, and discharge planning to link patients with appropriate services.

Formación

• Licensed Master Social Worker – Conditional Clinician licensure (LMSW-CC) or LCPC-C is required.
• Master's Degree in Social Work or closely related field.
• Licensure in good standing and credentialing through state boards is required.

Responsabilidades

• Assists patients with crisis management and motivational enhancement to increase engagement in care.
• Provides crisis management targeting acute symptoms and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team.
• Develops individualized care plans and treatment goals with patients and families.
• Delivers evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy.
• Completes documentation reflecting active treatment and patient progress.
