Job summary

WVUH West Virginia University Hospitals seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for inpatient care on the Pressure Injury Reduction Nurse (PIRT) program. The role delivers expert nursing care, mentors staff, and collaborates with the interprofessional team to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include prioritizing patient care, leading clinical teams, and supporting quality improvement in a high-demand hospital setting. A BSN is preferred, with state licensure and BLS within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license issued by the state or multi-state license through eNLC.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Two years of registered nursing experience.
• BSN preferred.
