Qualifications

• ACLS certification dependent on specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care, counseling, and teaching to patients and families according to established collaborative protocols and standards of care.
• Manages priorities for efficient patient care within available resources and time.
• Performs consultations and preventive health measures within guidelines and patient needs.
• Orders, interprets, and evaluates lab and diagnostic tests.
