Job summary

PsychPlus in Houston, TX is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our inpatient behavioral health team. The role involves psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing patient care for inpatient units.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in psychiatry, behavioral health, or inpatient medicine is preferred.
• Active Texas license and DEA registration are required.
• PMHNP or PA-C certification as applicable.

Responsibilities

• PMHNPs will provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing psychiatric care for inpatient behavioral health patients.
• PA-Cs are welcome to apply for either inpatient or outpatient role, depending on experience and qualifications.
