PsychPlus is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Psychiatric Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our inpatient psychiatry team in Springfield, Missouri. This full-time W-2 or 1099 role features a Monday–Friday schedule and a competitive base salary.

Responsibilities include psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing inpatient care for behavioral health patients.

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in psychiatry, behavioral health, or inpatient medicine
Active Missouri license and DEA registration
PMHNP or PA-C certification, as applicable

Compensation

$130,000–$180,000 annually
Compensation is based on experience.
