Encompass Health invites experienced Physical Therapists to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. In this role you will provide direct inpatient care, assess patients, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Masters Degree preferred, or Bachelors Degree plus sufficient experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy.
• Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery.
