Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Reading is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. You will deliver high-quality, compassionate care using advanced rehab technology in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

You will assess and treat patients, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to drive meaningful recovery and progress across the continuum of care.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master‘s Degree preferred, or Bachelor‘s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy.
• Supervise care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by taking the time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery.
