Job summary

Select Medical Rehabilitation Hospital - Palm Beach is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation unit housed inside the Select Specialty Hospital - Palm Beach. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, supervise PT/ PTA students, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

We offer a fulltime role with a compensation range of $42.36–$57 per hour, plus a $15,000 sign-on bonus, tuition reimbursement, CE opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• State Licensure: Hold a current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Certified BLS: Possess Certified BLS or obtain it within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Promote continuous quality improvement.
• Supervise PTAs and PT/PTA students.
• Develop goals and treatment plans for patients.
• Discharge planning and patient/family education.
