Job summary

Encompass Health in Oklahoma seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. This role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus, a 13-week short-term assignment option, and walk-in interviews every Tuesday and Thursday morning.

You will provide direct inpatient care, supervise treatments, develop personalized plans, and build strong patient relationships to support recovery and progress.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist per state requirements.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred orBachelor's Degree with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient physical therapy to patients.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead assessments and care plans.
• Build relationships with patients to support recovery.
• Celebrate patient progress and outcomes throughout care.
