Job summary

StaffDNA is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our inpatient team. You will evaluate patients, design personalized therapy plans, and coordinate with the medical team to help patients regain mobility and strength during hospitalization.

Educating patients on safe exercises, monitoring progress, and documenting outcomes are essential to ensure high-quality care and smooth transitions after discharge.

Qualifications

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Create therapy programs to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and pain management.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other disciplines to implement care plans.
• Educate patients on exercises and techniques for post-discharge recovery.
• Document patient progress and adjust plans based on outcomes.
