Intermountain Healthcare Inc. in Utah Valley Hospital, Provo, Utah, seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat injuries using standard PT procedures, and to educate patients and families while collaborating with care teams to deliver patient-centered care.

You will supervise assistants and staff, participate in continuing education and quality improvement, and contribute to program development and marketing strategies to grow the physical therapy program.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in states where you work.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record as applicable to the role and assigned work location.

Responsabilités

• Provides skilled physical therapy services and develops care plans based on patient assessments.
• Keeps thorough and timely patient records and completes billing accurately.
• Collaborates with care teams to deliver patient-centered care and optimize operations.
• Supervises assistants, aides, office staff, and students to ensure high-quality care.
• Participates in ongoing education and quality improvement initiatives.
