Job summary

HSHS Rehabilitation Hospital, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Physical Therapist for a PRN role at a brand-new 40-bed IRF in Wisconsin. You will perform evaluations, therapies, and treatments for adult and geriatric rehab patients, aiming to maximize function while coordinating with the care team.

Current WI licensure and BLS/CPR are required; inpatient rehab experience is preferred. This facility opened recently and offers growth, support, and opportunities to open a new hospital campus

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state where the hospital is located.
• Inpatient rehab experience preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR Card.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluations, modalities, and treatments per policies.
• Supervise staff as needed and orient students; cover supervisor duties when absent.
• Assess patients, initiate interventions, and collaborate with the patient care team.
