Job summary

NovaCare Rehabilitation in Monticello, MN is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. You will evaluate, treat, and document patient progress, while ensuring compliance with regulations and coordinating care with physicians, families, and colleagues.

This PRN role offers a flexible weekday schedule (Mon-Fri) and a compensation range of $40–$55 per hour, commensurate with experience, with opportunities for CEUs and professional growth within a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience in the last 3 years.
• Inpatient rehabilitation rotation if on a clinical rotation.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional rehabilitation: evaluate, treat, direct, and document.
• Stay compliant with state, local, and federal regulations.
• Communicate openly with colleagues, patients, families, and physicians.
• Participate in team meetings.
