StaffDNA® is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our inpatient care team. This hospital-based role focuses on improving mobility, strength, coordination, and function during patients' inpatient stays.

You will collaborate with physicians and nurses, educate patients on post-discharge exercises, and document progress to adapt treatment plans as needed. This position emphasizes stamina for fast-paced inpatient rehabilitation settings and professional growth within the program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their recovery goals.
• Create therapy programs focused on improving mobility, strength, coordination, and pain management during hospitalization.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and nurses, to ensure comprehensive patient care plans are implemented effectively.
• Educate patients on exercises and techniques that support continued recovery after discharge from the hospital.
• Document patient progress accurately and adjust treatment plans as needed based on clinical outcomes.
