Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Vineland is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide direct inpatient care, assess patients, and develop personalized care plans within our state‑of‑the‑art rehab gyms. You’ll work with a supportive team to help patients regain mobility and independence through evidence‑based therapies.

The role emphasizes compassionate patient engagement, ongoing education, and collaboration with physicians and staff.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy.
• Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by taking the time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery.
