Job summary

Encompass Health in Massachusetts is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide inpatient care and guide patients through rehabilitation. You will work in well-equipped therapy gyms and contribute to evidence-based treatment plans in a supportive environment.

As part of a national leader in inpatient rehabilitation, you will engage in ongoing professional development, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and play a key role in helping patients regain independence and improve quality

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy.
• Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by taking the time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery.
