Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation teams across Georgia. You will provide direct inpatient care to patients, supervise treatments, and develop personalized care plans that address physical recovery and functional goals.

Ideal candidates hold current state licensure, CPR certification, and a degree in physical therapy (Master's preferred or Bachelor’s with experience).

Qualifications

• Current licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by taking time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery.
