Job summary

Encompass Health in Portland, ND is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. You will deliver high-quality PT services, assess patient needs, and develop individualized care plans to drive meaningful recovery.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification is required.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient field experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy.
• Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery.
