Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Murrieta is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our inpatient team and deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients on their rehabilitation journey. With a $6,000 sign-on bonus for full-time clinicians, you’ll work in well-equipped therapy gyms supported by the latest technology in a welcoming, growth-focused environment.

From day one, you’ll help patients achieve remarkable progress, supervise care and treatments, and tailor personalized care

Qualificações

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsabilidades

• Providing direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy.
• Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by taking the time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery.
• Celebrating every victory along the way.

Formação académica

Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with experience
