Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Largo in Florida is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist (Pool) to join our inpatient team. You’ll deliver high-quality inpatient therapy, assess progress, and guide patients through rehabilitation in a supportive, technologically equipped setting.

You’ll collaborate with clinicians, develop personalized care plans, supervise treatments, document outcomes, and engage patients and families to celebrate progress.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or credential as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient physical therapy to patients.
• Supervise care and treatments; lead patient assessments and create personalized care plans.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients to support recovery across physical, mental, and emotional needs.
