Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy is preferred or a Bachelor's degree with sufficient clinical experience.
• Licensure as required by state regulations (PT license).
• CPR certification is expected or required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient physical therapy assessments and treatments.
• Supervise patient care, lead treatment plans, and address patient concerns.
• Build meaningful patient relationships by understanding physical, mental, and emotional needs.
• Celebrate patient progress and outcomes throughout the rehabilitation journey.
