Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree with experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient physical therapy to patients in need of rehab.
• Supervise care and treatments; lead patient assessments; create personalized care plans; address patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients to support recovery across physical, mental and emotional needs.
