Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Reading is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide direct inpatient rehab, assess patients, design personalized care plans, and guide progress in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

You will supervise treatments, collaborate with a dedicated team, and build meaningful relationships with patients while supporting their physical, mental, and emotional recovery; our benefits support your well-being and growth from day one.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification is required.
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery.
• Celebrate patient progress and milestones along the rehabilitation journey.
