Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our inpatient rehab team. You will provide direct patient care, develop personalized treatment plans, and support patients throughout their rehabilitation journey in a welcoming, technology-enabled facility.

Qualifications

• Must have current state licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification is required or preferred.
• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy is preferred, or Bachelor's plus sufficient experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient care to patients needing physical therapy.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans and address patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental and emotional needs to support recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories along the rehabilitation journey.
