Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide direct inpatient care and lead patient assessments and care plans. You’ll supervise treatments and build meaningful relationships to support recovery, celebrating each milestone along the way.

Qualifications

  • Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
  • CPR certification.
  • Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsabilités

  • Provide direct inpatient care to patients needing physical therapy.
  • Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments and create personalized care plans.
  • Address patient concerns and build meaningful relationships to support recovery.
  • Monitor progress and adjust plans to optimize outcomes.
  • Celebrate milestones and progress with patients and their families.
