Job summary

Encompass Health invites a Physical Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. You’ll provide direct inpatient care, supervise treatments, develop personalized plans, and address patient needs while building meaningful relationships to support recovery. We value compassionate, patient-centered care and ongoing professional growth.

Current licensure, CPR certification required. Master’s degree preferred or Bachelor’s with substantial experience.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy.
• Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by taking the time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery.
