Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Vineland in New Jersey is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our inpatient team. You will deliver direct PT services, create personalized care plans, and guide patients through their rehabilitation journey with empathy and expertise.

You’ll work in well-equipped PT gyms with advanced technology, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to outcomes that reflect our commitment to compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in the state as required by regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus applicable experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient physical therapy care to patients in need.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery.
