Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a Physical Therapist to provide inpatient care, assessing patients and developing personalized treatment plans. You will supervise therapies, address patient concerns, and build meaningful relationships to support recovery in a well-equipped facility.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as per state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred; Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct physical therapy services to patients, including assessments, treatment plans, and personalized care.
• Supervising treatments, addressing patient concerns, and building meaningful relationships to support recovery.
• Utilizing well-equipped therapy gyms and advanced technology to facilitate effective rehabilitation.
• Contributing to a collaborative environment that prioritizes patient progress and professional growth.
