Encompass Health in Argyle, Minnesota, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. As a PT, you will provide direct inpatient care, develop personalized treatment plans, and help patients progress on their rehabilitation journeys.

You will supervise treatments and assessments, build meaningful relationships with patients and families, and celebrate each milestone along the recovery path.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy.
• Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
