Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver inpatient rehabilitation services and guide patients through their recovery journey. In this role you will assess needs, develop personalized care plans, supervise treatments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve meaningful progress.

Qualified candidates hold current state licensure, CPR certification, and a Master’s degree (or Bachelor's with substantial experience).

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by taking the time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery.
