Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Clermont is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver direct inpatient care and lead patient assessments within a supportive, technology-enabled environment. You will design personalized care plans, supervise treatments, and build meaningful patient relationships while contributing to a team recognized as a national inpatient rehabilitation leader.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy.
• Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery.

Master’s Degree preferred
