Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Danbury is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our inpatient rehab team in Connecticut. You will deliver high-quality, compassionate care, assess patients, and develop personalized treatment plans to maximize recovery and independence.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy.
• Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery.
